Ruth is Glencourt's recruitment oracle: a methodical, dependable consultant who brings process, structure and precision to every search.

Ruth graduated in Psychology and spent 12 years as a consultant within technical recruitment businesses, a discipline that demands accuracy and a rigorous approach to assessing skills. She joined Glencourts Retail Interiors team in early 2022 during its expansion programme and has been a cornerstone of the team ever since.

Her Psychology background gives her a real edge. She understands what motivates people, reads candidates with insight, and looks beyond the CV to judge how someone will perform and fit within a team and culture. Combined with her structured approach, this means clients can have confidence in every shortlist she presents.

Ruth believes passionately in delivering a service built on professionalism, reliability, accuracy and, above all, trust. Clients know that when she says something will happen, it will. She enjoys the challenges and intricacies of recruitment, and she is particularly adept at sourcing high-calibre candidates for those hard-to-fill vacancies where others have struggled.
