ISAAC DUNN – Consultant

Isaac joined Glencourt in 2023 and has quickly established himself as a driven, dependable recruiter across both the Self-Storage and Retail markets.

In just three years, Isaac has filled more than 150 roles, a track record that reflects his work ethic, his commitment to getting the match right and the trust clients place in him. He has built a strong network of his own clients and candidates, and he is known for staying closely in touch with both throughout the hiring process.

Isaac is a regular presence in the Self-Storage industry, having attended many of the sector’s conferences over the years. This keeps him close to the people, operators and trends shaping the market, and means he often knows about emerging opportunities and talent movements before they become widely known.

He is an active member of the YSN (Young Storage Network), the community for the next generation of Self-Storage professionals. Through it, Isaac is connected with the people who will be leading the industry in the years ahead, which is a real advantage for clients looking to build strong teams for the long term.
