OLIVER DUNN – Director

Oli is the owner and Managing Director of Glencourt Associates, and he sets the standard for everything the business does. He holds himself and his team of consultants to exceptionally high standards, and clients feel the difference.

Before moving into recruitment, Oli spent 20 years in retail management, where he led stores that ranked in the “Top 10” performers within the portfolios of two major retailers. He knows first-hand what it takes to run a successful operation and what separates a good hire from a great one.

More than ten years ago, he joined a leading and well-respected retail recruitment company as a consultant. He progressed to Managing Consultant and then Associate Director, and over eight years built a comprehensive knowledge of recruitment in the Self-Storage market. Today, most of the “Top 20” leading Self-Storage operators regard him as the “must go-to” recruiter in this rapidly expanding sector.

Oli is recognised by the Self Storage Association (SSA) as a recruitment expert. In 2023 he was invited to speak on “The Recruitment & Retention of Staff” at the FEDESSA International Conference in Rotterdam, a reflection of his standing among the industry’s leaders.

He works across both Retail and Self-Storage, focusing primarily on senior appointments, where discretion, judgement and market insight matter most.
